📋 Description

• Lead the full hiring process from initial outreach to closing offers with exceptional people globally • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build sourcing strategies • Draft job descriptions and offer packages • Run proactive outbound hiring using networks, online databases, employee referrals, and other resources • Create a clear, thoughtful, and prompt candidate experience from first contact to offer • Use hiring data to track the pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and refine the approach • Report to the HR Director and work directly with hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up company • Track record of hiring talent in Ukraine and internationally across tech, business, and leadership roles • Advanced English skills, written and verbal • Ability to build effective sourcing strategies across technical and non-technical roles • Familiarity with ATS tools, ideally Lever, and modern sourcing platforms • Experience owning offer conversations and closing candidates against competing offers • Based in Ukraine/EU • Daily availability for overlapping calls during ET/CT hours • Strong ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes • Strong listening, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills
