📋 Description

• Support budget tracking, financial modeling, and forecasting across Influur's business lines • Build financial models with clean structures and documented assumptions • Analyze financial figures and translate findings into actionable decisions for leadership • Apply financial modeling fundamentals to budgeting, contingency planning, rebudget cycles, and investor-grade reporting • Work directly with the FP&A Lead within Influur's AI-native finance team • Independently own the monthly budget-vs-actuals tracking process within the first 90 days • Contribute to at least one full rebudget cycle • Apply AI tools to reporting and modeling workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, financial consulting, or a closely related analytical role • Real, demonstrable financial modeling fundamentals — ability to build a model from scratch with clean structure and documented assumptions • Advanced (Intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, data structuring, and comfort working without a template • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and how the three financial statements connect • Strong attention to detail • English proficiency, B2 or above (written, spoken, and reading) • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field • Exposure to multi-business-unit or multi-entity P&L environments is a nice-to-have • Curiosity about AI tools applied to finance is a nice-to-have • Experience supporting investor reporting or board-level materials is a nice-to-have • Startup or high-growth company experience is a nice-to-have
