📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the implementation team, expected to reach almost 20 consultants by the end of 2026 • Report directly to the Managing Director ANZ • Own delivery outcomes end-to-end across every active engagement • Build the team structure, delivery methodology and career pathways • Lead day-to-day delivery, protect margin and client satisfaction, and establish the operating rhythm • Own consulting P&L, including revenue and cost drivers • Set and monitor consulting-level targets and shape medium-term strategy • Make build-vs-buy and resourcing investment recommendations • Contribute to company vision, strategic direction and cross-functional executive decisions • Own delivery quality, risk and commercial performance across active client engagements • Act as senior escalation point for at-risk engagements • Establish delivery methodology, governance model and quality assurance framework • Balance capacity planning and skills fit; ensure engagements are properly scoped and staffed • Lead Team Leads and Project Managers, with accountability for the full delivery team • Make end-to-end resourcing decisions and prioritise competing project demands • Serve as senior delivery relationship owner for strategic and complex client accounts • Represent InfoConsulting in steering committees, executive briefings and escalation conversations • Partner with sales and account management on renewals, expansions and referenceability • Provide transparent client reporting on programme health, risk and value delivered • Support scoping, solutioning and commercial input for new opportunities and renewals • Contribute delivery credibility to complex sales pursuits, workshops and proposal defence • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Establish project governance, documentation, risk logs and quality gates • Monitor portfolio delivery risk and provide early-warning visibility to the Managing Director • Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tooling and reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• Led a consulting delivery function of comparable or larger scale, including people and P&L • Ideally experience in ERP, EAM, FSM or adjacent enterprise software consulting • Comfortable operating as the most senior delivery voice with significant autonomy while reporting to the Managing Director • Ability to balance margin, utilisation and forecasting with people leadership at approximately 20-person scale • Credibility with clients in asset-intensive industries, including CFOs, COOs, Heads of Asset Management and Field Service Directors • Experience acting as a senior escalation point on complex, client-critical engagements and resolving them • Direct experience with one or more ERP/EAM/FSM platforms, such as IBM Maximo, SAP, IFS, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceMax or Salesforce Field Service • Experience building or scaling a consulting practice through a significant growth phase • Formal qualifications in engineering, IT, business or a related field are highly regarded but not required where experience demonstrates equivalent capability • Ability to work in Australia • English proficiency
