📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process for AutoStore opportunities • Translate customer requirements into validated solutions through operational analysis, material flow modelling, simulations, 3D renderings, and customer presentations • Develop expertise in AutoStore technology, products, and integration strategies • Apply warehouse and logistics knowledge to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs • Support strategic and enterprise opportunities with validated concepts, ROM estimates, and ROI input • Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle • Educate and enable customers and partners through training, technical support, product updates, and best-practice guidance • Travel within APAC as required for customer, partner, and internal engagements • Work across different time zones • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, R&D, Worldwide Solutions, and regional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, warehouse automation, intralogistics, or a related customer-facing technical environment • Strong analytical skills • Ability to translate operational data and customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable solutions • Experience developing customer-facing solution proposals using simulations, visualisations, cost estimates, and structured technical material • Strong commercial awareness • Experience supporting commercial teams and strategic customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle • Experience with warehouse and logistics operations • Experience ideally including ASRS, material flow, sorting, packaging, or related technologies • Collaborative and customer-focused approach • Comfortable working across regional teams and providing training and technical guidance to partners and stakeholders • Ability to travel within APAC as required • Flexibility to work across different time zones
