📋 Description

• Responsible for structuring, testing, and evolving the experience of our digital products, with a focus on our platform. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams. • Map user journeys and propose solutions centered on behavior, data, and business objectives. • Work on information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with users and stakeholders. • Analyze behavioral data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure consistency of the experience across different devices and screen sizes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer for web-based digital products. • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and testing platforms. • Experience analyzing behavioral data and UX metrics (such as NPS, CSAT, conversion rates). • Ability to lead design processes end-to-end with critical thinking and autonomy. • Previous experience in the financial sector (neobanks, fintechs, investments, etc.). • Up-to-date portfolio with relevant case studies. • Advanced or fluent English.
