📋 Description

• Bring onboard influential, powerful, and globally recognised investors • Research and discover high-profile global and regionally influential investors • Meet KPIs related to onboarding leading investors and the assets under management they represent • Maintain year-round contact with investors, cultivate relationships, answer queries, and meet virtually and in person • Maintain and update the investor database daily • Coordinate with logistical operations to support Tier 1 investors with flights, accommodation, and transport • Keep confirmed investors informed about event details including badge collection, app downloads, and venue location • Coordinate with marketing to publish investor biographies and pictures and track changes before the event • Liaise with conference production on innovative investor topics and assist with speaker onboarding and handover • Help shape investor forums, talks, panels, and investor programme content • Contribute ideas and topics for conferences, features, webinars, and related content • Ensure marketing accurately represents onboarded investors • Conduct extensive research across multiple platforms to keep investor information current • Ensure investors are well supported before and during the event

🎯 Requirements

• Keen interest in the global investment ecosystem, especially the latest developments • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Basic AI text/image generating tools, and Excel • Commercial awareness • Research-based role requiring detail-oriented individuals • Copywriting/marketing skills • Arabic language skills • Brand and market awareness • Exemplary people management skills • Innovative identification of cutting-edge investors aligned with the investor programme’s core values • Excellent people management skills • No relocation or sponsorship support provided • Conference production and/or event management experience preferred, though intensive training and coaching are offered • Willingness to learn and develop in investor-themed topics and research • Impeccable copywriting and people management skills • Interest in pharma and biotech and desire to make an impact in the space
