• Support the sales team to increase revenue in the German and European markets • Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships • Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers • Advise customers on our network and service management solutions • Prepare proposals together with technical experts • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion • Work closely with Marketing, Presales, and Consulting
• B2B sales experience in the IT sector • Business-fluent (negotiation-level) German • Good command of English • Strong communication skills • Initiative and self-motivation • Experience in back-office or inside sales is a plus • Proactive approach
