📋 Description
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting at consolidated and departmental levels • Collaborate with HR and department heads on headcount planning initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts • Manage and coach a team of finance professionals • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions • Manage foreign exchange and optimize cash balances
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in accounting and/or business • CPA designation required • 7+ years of post qualification experience • Experience with financial system implementations an asset
