📋 Description

• Track and trace international shipments and ensure timely execution of orders. • Partner with freight forwarders to ensure compliance with Ingredion protocols. • Monitor carrier performance and lead key metrics to drive service improvements. • Audit freight invoices and ensure accuracy in billing and accruals. • Resolve urgent logistics issues and communicate proactively with Customer Service. • Support international compliance and procurement teams with operational needs. • Participate in special projects focused on continuous improvement. • Conduct root cause analysis for service issues and implement corrective actions. • Optimize utilization of ocean transportation networks for escalated shipments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–6 years of experience in international logistics or transportation. • Knowledge of international transportation, customs clearance, and accessorial charges. • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
