• Execute against customer revenue, volume, and contracting goals for assigned key accounts • Build and maintain a healthy, differentiated project pipeline aligned with Healthful Solutions strategies • Develop deep, multi-level relationships with strategic customers to gain early insight into innovation and growth initiatives • Drive sales of specialty, value-added solutions through consultative and insight-led selling • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Product Line Management, and Supply Chain teams • Lead commercial and technical discussions with customer R&D, innovation, and marketing stakeholders • Analyze market trends, customer portfolios, and competitive dynamics to anticipate customer needs • Provide timely market and competitive intelligence to internal teams to support strategic decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Nutrition, Engineering, or a related field • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management within food ingredients or solutions • Demonstrated success driving profitable growth with strategic or enterprise-level customers • Strong understanding of health-focused ingredient solutions (sugar reduction experience preferred) • Experience managing complex projects from concept through commercialization • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
