📋 Description
• Own QA activities across client implementations and provide final quality sign-off before go-live • Define the test approach for every implementation, covering data onboarding, dashboards, and the AI-driven analytics experience • Validate client data completeness and correct transformation from source systems through the reporting layer • Reconcile platform business metrics against clients’ existing reports and resolve discrepancies before launch • Verify AI-generated answers against client source data • Build reusable automated data validation and reconciliation checks • Plan and run user acceptance testing with client teams and consolidate findings into a prioritized action list • Manage implementation defects through verified resolution with engineering and data teams • Run regression checks after platform updates or client data changes • Report implementation quality and go-live readiness to leadership and client stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level • Strong experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management • Proficiency in SQL and data validation • Experience testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms • Experience with test automation and regression testing • Experience with API and integration testing • Experience planning and conducting UAT • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure • Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics is an added advantage • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
