📋 Description
• Perform light copyediting and proofreading, checking for grammatical accuracy and spelling errors • Ensure all final copy and design match approved job • Assist manager in delegating work from the queue and communicating any direction specific to the jobs in a clear, professional manner • Take on special projects as assigned by the manager
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of proofreading experience in an agency environment (healthcare/pharma marketing preferred), proofreading both digital/interactive and print work • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare terminology • Must be able to mark up corrections using Adobe Acrobat tools as well as Microsoft Word documents • Demonstrate expertise in English grammar, spelling, and syntax • BA in Journalism, Writing, Communications, or similar • Proficiency in AMA style
