📋 Description

• Review and edit a wide range of materials in a timely manner while adhering to industry, company and client style guides • Ensure all work is delivered in line with editorial policies and standards • Copy edit, proofread and format scientific content, including slide decks, manuscripts and scientific communications, according to congress, journal and client specifications • Prepare documents for teams within budgeted timelines • Assist teams with journal and congress submissions as required • Collaborate with colleagues and project teams to achieve common goals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical, scientific, regulatory or pharmacovigilance editing role, preferably within a medical communications agency, contract research organisation, medical journal or related industry • Ability to review, comprehend and revise complex medical and scientific materials • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat • Experience incorporating AI solutions into editorial workflows is desirable • Ability to effectively prioritise projects and manage workload • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong ability to work as part of an effective team • Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
