📋 Description
• Review and edit a wide range of materials in a timely manner while adhering to industry, company, and client style guides • Ensure all work aligns with editorial policies and standards • Copy edit, proofread, and format scientific content, including slide decks, manuscripts, and scientific communications, to congress, journal, and client specifications • Prepare documents for teams within budgeted timelines • Assist teams with preparing journal and congress submissions as required • Collaborate with teams to achieve common goals
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a medical, scientific, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance editing role, preferably in a medical communications agency, contract research organisation, medical journal, or related industry • Ability to review, comprehend, and revise complex medical and scientific materials • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat • Experience incorporating AI solutions into editorial workflows is desirable • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and manage workload • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong ability to work as part of an effective team • Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
