📋 Description

• Support of the management in the legal, organizational and strategic development of InkuPlay • Preparation, review and revision of contracts • Drafting and maintenance of contract templates • Support with employment, freelancer, player, creator, sponsorship and cooperation agreements • Review of contract terms, notice periods and renewal provisions • Establishment and maintenance of a central contract and deadlines database • Preparation of case summaries, timelines and documents for external counsel • Conducting legal research and preparing internal legal opinions • Support on employment law issues and HR processes • Participation in onboarding, offboarding, warnings and termination agreements • Review of e‑sports rulebooks, tournament regulations and publisher requirements • Support for player transfers, buyout, bonus and prize‑money arrangements • Handling questions related to image, name, streaming and social‑media rights • Support in trademark, copyright, media and data‑protection law • Preparation and maintenance of data‑protection and compliance documents • Support with corporate-law documentation and shareholder resolutions • Preparation of reminders, payment requests and settlement proposals • Monitoring of court, contractual and internal deadlines • Review and structuring of correspondence, invoices and activity reports from external firms • Development of efficient legal‑operations and documentation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced studies in law or business law • Ideally completed the First State Law Examination • Alternatively, currently in legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) or a comparable legal qualification • Initial practical experience in a law firm, legal department or company • Good knowledge of general contract and commercial law • Interest in employment law, corporate law, media law, IT law, data protection or intellectual property law • Interest in gaming, e‑sports, digital media and the creator economy • Excellent written and spoken German • Good English skills, particularly for contracts and international communication • Meticulous, structured and independent working style • High sense of responsibility and absolute discretion • Ability to present complex matters clearly and precisely • Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital document management
