📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript; • Design and maintain efficient data models in databases with attention to performance, indexing, and consistency; • Develop services in AWS environments (ECS, S3, Lambda, among others); • Ensure application security, observability, stability, and performance; • Define and evolve technical standards, architecture, and best practices for the squad; • Actively participate in code reviews and architectural decisions; • Create and maintain automated tests to ensure platform reliability; • Act as the technical reference for the squad, supporting decisions and challenges; • Support the team in planning, technical refinements, estimations, and prioritization; • Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement; • Contribute to effective communication between back-end, front-end, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience in web development; • Solid experience with REST architecture and API design best practices; • Previous experience leading squads, developers, projects, or technical initiatives; • Experience with SaaS products; • Experience with monitoring, observability, and scalability of systems; • Knowledge of database modeling; • Familiarity with software engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, hexagonal architecture, automated testing); • Knowledge of API security (authentication, authorization, validation, rate limiting, etc.); • Knowledge of backend architecture and cloud environments; • Proficiency with Git and versioning/branching workflows; • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices; • Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and confidence in making technical decisions.
