📋 Description

• Ensure that data solutions meet the needs of internal client teams • Act as a link between technology and the business, promoting the intelligent use of data for decision-making, experience personalization, and value creation • Build and evolve the data product roadmap based on strategic opportunities and alignment with business teams • Define and track success metrics and OKRs, ensuring high-value deliveries and a focus on user experience • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for data engineering, tagging, and data visualization teams • Manage and prioritize the backlog • Work in partnership with engineering, analytics, and business squads; monitor launches and promote a data-driven culture • Monitor squad performance indicators and drive continuous improvement • Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives • Facilitate Agile ceremonies in partnership with the Agile team • Monitor production launches and align communications with partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with OKRs, Agile methodologies, Kanban, Scrum, product metrics, and product prioritization techniques, including backlog prioritization and WSJF • Basic knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to data (preferred) • Business knowledge in areas such as CRM and e-commerce (preferred) • Knowledge of tagging and behavioral data collection requirements using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and similar tools (preferred) • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging (preferred) • Ability to work with little or no supervision • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability • Ability to understand context, identify opportunities, and manage conflicts and expectations • Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborative leadership and the ability to influence without authority • Proactivity, critical thinking, ownership mindset, and adaptability • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in similar roles • Experience with data product projects serving business teams • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and backlog prioritization techniques • Experience in data, analytics, or data engineering projects, preferably in environments using Data Lakes, Data Mesh, and similar architectures
