📋 Description

• Work on the Agent Platform team, a centralized platform for creating, managing, and running LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels • Create an agent-building platform that enables functional teams to use GenAI autonomously • Develop and evolve a portfolio of digital products from conception through post-launch • Become an expert in user pain points and market trends • Facilitate alignment, problem exploration, and ideation sessions with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users • Lead experiments to validate hypotheses and share learnings • Lead cycle-prioritization ceremonies, such as planning and release planning • Inspire the development team around the purpose and value of products within Grupo Boticário’s ecosystem • Support the transformation and adoption of a product management culture within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others) • Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, NotebookLM, and Gemini • Data-driven mindset, analyzing different data sources and combining quantitative analysis with qualitative research • Business-oriented product vision • Familiarity with user experience, design, and innovation concepts and practices • Ability to challenge the status quo with peers and leaders • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment • Understanding of how LLMs and agents operate (a plus) • Experience managing platform products (a plus)
