📋 Description

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure alignment and delivery momentum • Write and refine user stories with clarity and a focus on value • Lead discovery with the team to explore problems and opportunities • Organize brainstorming sessions with Design and Engineering • Monitor usability testing and user feedback sessions • Validate deliverables with the technical team before they go into production • Update and maintain the prioritized backlog based on learnings and changes in context • Share business context and product vision with the team to guide decision-making • Monitor operational and product metrics with the Data team • Document product decisions and learnings to ensure alignment and maintain a historical record • Foster collaboration between business, Customer Support, and Marketing teams and the Product team • Ensure the team has clarity on the objectives and impact of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Digital Product Management focused on retention, engagement, and delivering customer value • Project Management experience is desirable • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Systems Engineering • CSPO, PSPO, or a postgraduate qualification in Product Management and/or Project Management is desirable • Metrics analysis and interpretation • In-depth knowledge of product culture • Knowledge of Agile culture • Knowledge of fraud
