📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution across assigned areas • Establish strong product management practices across discovery, prioritization, requirements, and delivery • Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, and field research • Translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and roadmap priorities • Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation, using AI end to end • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, data, and technical dependencies • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to refine requirements, eliminate ambiguity, and support high-quality delivery • Define MVPs and iterative delivery plans • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, support tickets, deployment feedback, and analytics to guide prioritization • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services on launches and customer adoption initiatives • Present roadmap updates, product concepts, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders • Drive AI-enabled product opportunities and identify high-value use cases from customer workflows • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools in day-to-day product work • Evaluate AI-based product concepts, workflow improvements, prototypes, and user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software • Experience taking products from discovery through delivery • Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Strong customer discovery, product validation, and customer communication skills • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile and/or AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Lifecycle) environments • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on customer insights, data, business value, and technical input • Strong understanding of user experience, workflow design, and usability principles • Hands-on experience using AI tools in product management workflows • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and travel internationally • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel • Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial software • Experience building or managing AI-enabled software products • Experience identifying AI opportunities in customer workflows and translating them into product capabilities • Experience evaluating AI-based prototypes, concepts, or user experiences • Experience with analytics, experimentation, or product usage data platforms • Experience working with globally distributed teams • Experience mentoring junior Product or UX professionals • A technical degree in software engineering, computer science, or enterprise systems is a plus
