📋 Description

• Be the owner of the product strategy, development and evolution, ensuring it is relevant, competitive and sustainable. • Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch and ongoing iteration. • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, benchmarks and internal data to generate insights and opportunities. • Define vision, objectives, roadmap and prioritization, connecting customer needs with the company’s strategy. • Clearly identify the ideal and non-ideal customers, as well as competitive differentiators, building a scalable growth and profitability strategy. • Validate hypotheses using data, research, testing and continuous experimentation. • Map risks, requirements and necessary alignments with areas such as Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data and Technology. • Monitor product performance with a focus on financial metrics, customer satisfaction, conversion, engagement, delinquency and journey success. • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, reducing friction and drop-offs while maximizing conversion and experience. • Take a leading role in communication, advocating the product vision, negotiating priorities and influencing internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in managing digital products in financial services/fintechs. • Deep knowledge of credit products, with Personal Loans as a preferred differentiator. • Essential strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in SQL and Excel for decision-making based on financial and risk indicators (LTV, delinquency, conversion). • Strategic business vision and the ability to translate company directives into practical, profitable and scalable solutions. • Experience or exposure to people leadership and development (direct management of APMs and coordination of multidisciplinary teams). • Clear, executive, concise and persuasive communication.
