📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversion through strategic improvements to product journeys • Deliver value-driven outcomes by deeply understanding the customer and balancing gains with effort • Monitor the in-person payments market and regulatory changes • Remove obstacles and deliver large projects in coherent, high-value increments • Contribute to the product’s strategic vision, setting objectives based on the business, market, and customer needs • Make data-driven decisions and define and track product metrics • Work closely with design, growth, software engineering, and data engineering • Consult with or inform other company areas about product changes • Collaborate with marketing on customer communications to generate engagement • Maintain continuous development and step out of the comfort zone

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial services sector • Experience as a Product Manager in physical payment solutions • Experience with Tap on Phone payment solutions • Basic knowledge of APIs • Basic knowledge of SQL • Knowledge of data analysis and core product metrics • Experience as a Product Manager focused on user journeys • Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking, or knowledge of UX/UI • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related fields (plus) • Experience at an acquirer or sub-acquirer company (plus) • Professional training courses in the field, such as Tera or PM3 (plus) • Experience in digital product development (plus) • Experience in payments for individuals/consumers (plus)
