📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional squads, ensuring deliveries that create real business impact • Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and roadmaps • Track and optimize metrics such as revenue, churn, NPS, LTV, and completion rates • Ensure the continuous evolution of products, including improvements, adjustments, and expansion • Define and uphold the value proposition and positioning • Lead management rituals, such as planning, progress tracking, and retrospectives • Promote alignment across marketing, sales, Customer Experience (CX), and operations • Own the pedagogical quality of the products • Lead coordinators, instructors, and academic supervisors • Conduct performance analyses and propose data-driven action plans • Ensure consistency between the sales promise and product delivery • Lead the creation, review, and evolution of educational content and experiences • Remove impediments and escalate strategic risks

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Physical Education, Personal Training, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in product, project, or educational operations management • Experience analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions • Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments • Knowledge of Product Management and Growth • Knowledge of KPI management, including LTV, churn, NPS, revenue, and conversion • Knowledge of strategic planning and backlog prioritization • Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics • Knowledge of project management and cross-functional squads • Knowledge of the development and evolution of educational products • Knowledge of value proposition and positioning development • Knowledge of the customer journey and retention strategies
