📋 Description

• Define and evolve the product strategy for Ergon (HR, Payroll and eSocial) • Build and communicate short-, medium- and long-term roadmaps • Lead the evolution of legacy products, balancing innovation, stability and regulatory compliance • Identify opportunities for new products, features, automations and applications of Artificial Intelligence • Conduct Discovery processes, hypothesis validation and Proofs of Concept (POCs) • Structure, maintain and prioritize product backlogs • Balance regulatory requirements, customer needs, functional evolution, technical debt and operational sustainability • Monitor legal changes related to labor, social security, HR and eSocial legislation • Translate business needs and regulatory changes into clear requirements for development teams • Ensure evolution decisions are driven by the value delivered to customers and the business • Participate in strategic meetings with clients and key users • Track product indicators, adoption, support, satisfaction and NPS • Incorporate customer feedback into product planning • Collaborate closely with Product Owners across squads • Report progress, risks, opportunities and priorities to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field • Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products • Experience building, prioritizing and managing product roadmaps • Experience managing backlogs • Experience in Product Discovery and hypothesis validation • Experience using indicators and metrics to support decision-making • Experience working in agile environments • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Knowledge of digital product management • Preferred: experience with Human Resources, Payroll or People Management products • Preferred: experience with mission-critical B2B products • Preferred: experience in regulated environments • Preferred: experience working with more than one squad or within organizations with varying levels of agile maturity • Intellectual curiosity, continuous learning and a research-oriented mindset • Innovative mindset and critical thinking • Openness to experiment with new technologies and a questioning attitude • Organized with excellent technical communication skills • Ability to document and collaborate effectively • Knowledge sharing, proactivity and autonomy • Analytical profile, systems thinking and a strong sense of quality • Focus on continuous improvement • Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to engineering • Alignment with the company values: Simplify people's lives; Innovate; Connect; Lead
