📋 Description

• Manage the support team’s day-to-day operations by setting priorities and assigning requests • Serve as the point of contact between internal/external stakeholders and the technical team for support-related matters • Monitor SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to the support process • Resolve platform-related issues, make decisions, and manage trade-offs to uphold business commitments • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to escalate complex issues • Represent the support team to stakeholders and clients • Contribute to the ongoing understanding of agile best practices and emerging technology opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing support teams • Experience with the Adobe Commerce platform, including hands-on knowledge of its use, features, and limitations • Experience with agile methodologies • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
