📋 Description

• Investigate problems and opportunities through customer conversations, research, and data • Build and validate hypotheses before moving forward with solutions • Contribute to building and prioritizing the product roadmap • Monitor the market, competitors, and customer needs • Design and detail solutions in collaboration with Product Design and Engineering • Follow the development process, conduct tests, and validate solutions with customers • Define and track success, adoption, and impact metrics • Turn results and learnings into new opportunities for improvement • Lead discovery and follow the solution through its entire lifecycle • Organize discussions, listen to different perspectives, and support group decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with digital products • Experience working with loosely structured problems • Experience leading discovery, investigating problems, or validating opportunities with customers and users • Participation in building and prioritizing roadmaps or making product decisions • Close collaboration with Product Design and Engineering • Experience following features or products from problem identification through launch and results analysis • Ability to combine data, user feedback, and business context to support decisions • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to establish priorities and direction • Experience working in environments with multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and a need to adapt
