📋 Description

• Understand customer processes and needs, translating them into requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for the development team • Prioritize and reprioritize requests according to business needs, deadlines, and project objectives • Organize and manage the backlog, ensuring requests are clear, detailed, and aligned • Lead refinement sessions and support the team during initiative execution • Plan and monitor schedules, identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts on deliverables • Manage and report project progress, promoting transparency for customers and stakeholders • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the team, leading alignment discussions, negotiations, and expectation management • Remove impediments and support the resolution of issues that may impact deliverables • Monitor project metrics and results, proposing improvement actions when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role • Experience working on software development projects • Experience gathering and detailing requirements, breaking down epics, features, and user stories, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs • Experience planning, prioritizing, and monitoring deliverables • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and systems logic • Familiarity with metrics and results tracking • Use of AI tools to increase productivity and quality • Experience working at software houses, consultancies, or on project-based engagements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously • Ability to lead alignment discussions, negotiations, and expectation management • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Critical mindset, autonomy, ownership, and commitment to results
