📋 Description

• Develop the product vision and strategy, maximizing its value and connecting business strategy with the development team • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, translating business needs into user stories • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and the continuous delivery of value • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating the product vision and the objectives of each sprint • Conduct interviews, research, and usability testing to understand users’ pain points and needs • Validate deliverables at the end of each cycle, ensuring acceptance criteria and quality standards are met • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, communicating with executive leadership, Marketing, Sales, Support, and other departments • Prioritize initiatives and features based on data, business impact, and user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field • Proven previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, such as Business Analyst or Product Manager • Excellent communication, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Familiarity with roadmap tools such as Jira, Canva, Miro, Aha!, or Productboard • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex concepts • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Business, or Marketing is a plus • Previous experience in the agritech sector or in technology focused on livestock is a plus
