📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of data assets, ensuring prioritized business data is available securely, reliably, and on time • Track scope and delivery commitments, ensuring dates are met and escalating risks when necessary • Lead the understanding and design of data needs, documenting data asset pipelines, metadata, and use-case requirements at local and global scope • Drive data ingestion and data asset build processes with a dedicated build squad • Coordinate the interface between demand and run processes • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and data governance requirements • Coordinate validations with Data Owners, Business Process Owners, Data Privacy Office, Security, and Design Authority • Maintain data documentation including data contracts, mappings, data dictionaries, High Level Designs, and sign-offs • Apply Data Governance policies throughout the data asset lifecycle • Lead and coordinate technical build squads to deliver standardized, documented, and reusable datasets aligned with Datahub standards • Ensure documentation of data transformations and enable user access through the data marketplace • Keep marketplace entries and user access up to date • Align stakeholders across business, support functions, IT, and global data hubs • Own data quality by defining KQIs and thresholds, monitoring data observability, and supporting root cause analysis and complex issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data management frameworks • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python • Working knowledge of Databricks and Azure DevOps • Experience in international environments and matrix organizations • Ability to engage with VP and C-level business stakeholders and explain technology in non-technical terms • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams • Fluent in English • Autonomous, creative, rigorous, organized, and transparent • Genuine team player • Detail-oriented, with a strong analytical and product-oriented mindset • Can-do attitude and service orientation, with a clear client focus
