📋 Description

• Lead discovery and refinement sessions with Business, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams • Map journeys, actors, events, states, rules, exceptions, and integrations related to escritural receivables (book-entry invoices) • Prioritize the backlog based on value, regulatory risk, dependencies, technical readiness, and operational impact • Write and maintain functional specifications covering objectives, scope, rules, contracts, acceptance criteria, exception cases, and expected evidence • Ensure that every relevant rule has a regulatory source, a recorded decision, and an owner responsible for validation • Validate the interpretation of requirements with Legal and Compliance before implementation • Define objective, testable acceptance criteria aligned with the business journey • Participate in reviewing artifacts produced by the discovery, specifications, risk, testing, and documentation agents • Maintain and govern the domain knowledge base, preventing duplication, contradictions, and unsourced information • Maintain the dependency map covering registrars, testing environments, data, access, and Banco BS2 teams • Support the definition of the current-state process baseline and Wave 1 success metrics • Lead refinement sessions, delivery validations, demonstrations, and business acceptance • Manage scope changes, recording their impact on timelines, risk, architecture, and capacity • Represent the business in lifecycle decisions without delegating decisions requiring human authority to an agent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Domain Specialist, or equivalent role in financial products • Practical knowledge of credit, receivables, receivables financing, collections, assignment, settlement, and reconciliation • Ability to understand and translate regulations, technical manuals, and operational rules into testable requirements • Experience with journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and prioritization based on value and risk • Ability to collaborate with Business, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams • Strong organizational skills to keep documentation, decisions, glossaries, sources, and dependencies up to date • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to eliminate ambiguity • Specific knowledge of escritural receivables, book-entry processing, registration, negotiable instruments, endorsement, aval, liens, encumbrances, and interoperability • Experience with the Central Bank, registrars, book-entry institutions, central securities depositories, or financial institutions • Experience working with legacy systems and regulatory modernization projects • Familiarity with APIs, events, messaging, and architecture concepts sufficient to discuss technical impact • Experience with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), audits, internal controls, and access segregation • Experience collaborating with AI agents in discovery, requirements analysis, or documentation
