📋 Description

• Work on consulting projects in close collaboration with Process Mining teams • Design and develop Apps, dashboards, and analytical experiences in Celonis • Translate business needs and data analyses into intuitive, functional interfaces focused on decision-making • Define information architecture, navigation, visual hierarchy, and user experience • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for data-driven products • Apply Data Visualization and Information Design principles to represent KPIs, trends, deviations, root causes, and opportunities • Support the evolution of visual standards and reusable components for digital products • Conduct testing and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve solutions • Progressively develop custom interfaces and front-end applications • Work at the intersection of business, data, design, and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields • Experience developing IT products or digital products • Experience designing data visualization solutions • Experience with Data Visualization and UX/UI, including information architecture, interaction design, and interface development • Experience with prototyping tools • Experience with Analytics, BI, or data visualization tools • Portfolio or examples of previous work in Data Visualization, dashboards, digital products, or UX/UI • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • Fluent English • Experience with Process Mining and/or Celonis, especially building Apps and Views • Experience with digital products and B2B/enterprise analytical solutions • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Knowledge of or experience with React or other front-end frameworks • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts • Experience with Design Systems and creating reusable components • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools • Knowledge of research practices, usability testing, and user validation
