📋 Description

• Lead product development from the MVP phase through its evolution • Guide the internal team (Squad) • Identify opportunities and prioritize solutions • Ensure products meet customer needs • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap • Manage customer expectations and align deliverables with business goals • Lead Product Discovery using interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Coordinate with UX/UI, development, marketing, and sales teams • Analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects • Advanced English • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
