📋 Description

• Join the RD Conversas Product team, working on chatbot, automation, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives • Lead the product strategy and evolution, connecting customer needs with business opportunities • Identify and evaluate opportunities based on customers, the market, competitors, data, and feedback • Build and guide the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives according to impact, capacity, and strategy • Lead epics and projects, tracking progress, execution, and value generation • Monitor adoption, retention, Customer Success, and NPS metrics to guide decisions • Represent the product internally, fostering alignment and collaboration across teams • Work closely with the team, influencing people and contributing to the evolution of strategy and execution • Pursue continuous improvements in the product experience and ease of use

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Product Manager / PM • Experience managing products from opportunity identification through planning, execution, and results measurement • Knowledge of Software Engineering, Agile methodologies, Lean, and Product Development • Strong data analysis skills and critical, analytical thinking for decision-making • Proficiency in the practical use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance work • Clear and objective communication, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders • Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills • Leadership profile, autonomy, and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations • Systems thinking and a strong customer focus
