📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring a focus on high-impact deliverables • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams • Lead product initiatives involving AI and Analytics, from discovery through delivery • Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories • Support decision-making based on data, metrics, and user behavior • Oversee the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Ensure the product’s continuous evolution and ongoing customer value creation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager • Proven experience with private pension products (3+ years) • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with products involving Artificial Intelligence, data, or analytics • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, and business functions • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Analytical, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business value • Experience managing backlogs and defining product roadmaps • Nice to have: previous experience in the insurance industry (insurers) • Nice to have: experience with digital products in regulated environments • Nice to have: knowledge of APIs, integrations, and systems architecture • Nice to have: Product Owner or related certification
