📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, roadmap structuring, and product vision for an international project • Navigate a highly technical environment focused on product refactoring • Align strategic direction with business goals, client needs, and user preferences • Build, define, and prioritize the product roadmap and strategy • Own complex and technical product discoveries end-to-end • Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility and feature implementation • Analyze complex data sets to validate hypotheses, prioritize demands, and support strategic product decisions • Bridge technical teams and global business stakeholders • Interact with clients and deliver presentations • Create comprehensive product documentation for cross-functional execution alignment • Conduct market and user research, interviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory • Proven experience as a Product Manager in tech environments • Strong focus on defining, building, and planning product strategies and roadmaps for international projects • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience structuring clear goals and scopes for cross-functional teams • Self-driven profile comfortable taking ownership of product discovery and strategic planning autonomously • Nice to have: experience conducting market and user discovery, user interviews, and competitive analysis • Nice to have: technical background or previous experience in software engineering • Nice to have: knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile at scale • Nice to have: experience designing strategies for AI integrations, automation workflows, or the /Flow ecosystem
