📋 Description

• Ensure the development of user-centered digital products • Ensure that development efforts align with user needs and that the client’s systems are cohesively integrated • Optimize interactions with departments, schools, and other stakeholders to gather insights and create customized software • Conduct and interpret user research and reduce service complexity • Manage integration teams working with operations and the engineering of complex systems • Lead workshops for product ideation, persona creation, and user research • Develop user/business documentation and support materials • Detail and refine requirements and manage nonconformities • Conduct product handover • Define acceptance criteria for deliverables • Evaluate and validate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or another field related to service design • Certification not required • Experience working on technical projects across two areas, one of which is a DevOps team • Knowledge of conducting and interpreting user research • Knowledge of managing integration teams working with operations and the engineering of complex systems • Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKRs, and Business Agility • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and InVision • Knowledge of mobile app design for iOS and Android, as well as responsive design • Knowledge of facilitating workshops for product ideation, persona creation, and user research • Knowledge of developing user/business documentation • Knowledge of solution evaluation and validation
