📋 Description

• Work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, supporting infrastructure, databases, data platforms, and monitoring initiatives in GCP. • Ensure the availability, support, and continuous evolution of cloud environments. • Contribute to operational efficiency and data governance. • Administer, support, and monitor environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases in Cloud SQL. • Provision, configure, and provide support for cloud instances and resources. • Create and administer Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer, BigQuery (datasets, tables, and permissions), and Memorystore resources. • Perform database administration operations, including INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE statements, structural adjustments, and support for business users. • Administer and govern analytical environments and data platforms. • Monitor availability and performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously, collaborating with teams and business units. • Provision infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code). • Version and manage code using GitLab (BVS Cloud environment) and GitHub (EFX Cloud environment).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering PostgreSQL databases. • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. • Knowledge of Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Memorystore. • Experience using Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure. • Knowledge of code version control using GitHub and/or GitLab. • Experience monitoring environments and resolving incidents. • Ability to work collaboratively across different initiatives and business contexts. • Preferred: experience in DataOps environments. • Preferred: knowledge of cloud observability and monitoring. • Preferred: experience with governance and cost optimization in GCP. • Preferred: experience automating processes and managing Infrastructure as Code.
