📋 Description

• Design and implement complex solutions across multiple systems, applying best practices in architecture, code, and public cloud. • Serve as a technical reference, removing blockers, supporting critical decisions, and ensuring quality through testing, observability, and continuous monitoring. • Lead end-to-end deliveries, interact with external teams, respond quickly to incidents, and act proactively to prevent failures.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java programming, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining systems. • Strong knowledge of software architecture, including object-oriented design, microservices, and system integration. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), including data modeling and query optimization. • Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with understanding of services essential for deployment, monitoring, and scalability. • Ability to apply development best practices such as Clean Code, Twelve-Factor App principles, automated testing, and source control (Git). • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, deployment pipelines, and process automation. • Skill in requirements analysis and technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business needs and the existing architecture. • Experience in troubleshooting and incident support, with the ability to identify and fix issues in production systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working in multidisciplinary teams and interacting with partner areas. • Proactive in identifying improvements in processes, systems, and architecture, contributing to the organization's technological advancement. • Experience in project delivery. • Ability to react quickly to incidents. • Responsible for feature ownership, ensuring delivery stability through implementation of tests and observability. • Capable of leading deliveries and mentoring team members. • Able to proactively identify problems. • Experience interacting with external teams involved in the project. • Able to plan and implement complete features, breaking them into smaller tasks, tracking execution, and sharing progress with the team. • Able to evaluate and discuss technical choices (trade-offs, pros and cons).
