• Guide and validate the team's technical decisions, ensuring quality, architectural consistency and adherence to Inmetrics standards. • Conduct or supervise code reviews, providing constructive feedback and raising the technical quality of deliveries. • Support the team in resolving complex technical issues, acting as a hands-on reference and not just as a manager. • Ensure the adoption of engineering best practices: automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, observability and security. • Monitor and influence the technical evolution of the product and project, identifying technical debt, risks and improvement opportunities. • Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide a space for listening, feedback and continuous development. • Define and follow up on IDPs (Individual Development Plans) for each person under your leadership, in partnership with HR. • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, offering structured, fair and growth-oriented feedback. • Identify training needs and propose learning paths aligned with the team's and organization's objectives. • Actively work on talent retention by recognizing contributions, managing career expectations and signaling promotions and salary progression. • Promote a psychologically safe, inclusive, collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), ensuring technical clarity, focus and delivery cadence. • Collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and refinement, translating business requirements into viable technical tasks. • Track the team's progress in terms of velocity, quality and predictability, identifying bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities. • Provide visibility of the technical status of projects to internal and external stakeholders, communicating risks and action plans. • Remove technical and organizational impediments, coordinating with other areas when necessary. • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team through knowledge sharing, tech talks, pair programming and encouragement of experimentation. • Contribute to the organization's knowledge base with technical documentation, architectural decisions and lessons learned. • Encourage the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in development practices, aligning the team with Inmetrics' AI Engineered strategies. • Serve as the technical interface with clients, participating in meetings, solution presentations and scope alignments when needed. • Support the Pre-Sales team with technical proposals, estimates and solution definition for new opportunities. • Maintain a consultative relationship with internal (Delivery, CSM, PO, Pre-Sales) and external (clients) stakeholders, managing expectations with clarity and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. • Postgraduate degree, MBA or advanced certifications in technology or people management (desirable). • Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Squad Lead or similar). • Proven experience in direct people management: 1:1s, IDPs, feedback, performance evaluations and career development. • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with multidisciplinary teams. • Track record in medium to large complexity projects, preferably in digital transformation, systems modernization or Cloud contexts. • Experience in GenAI applied to process automation. • Strong knowledge of RPA routines, with sufficient depth to guide and review the team's work. • Solid understanding of modern architectures: microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven and cloud-native systems. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring and application security. • Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development (Copilots, LLMs, test automation) is a relevant advantage. • Experience with remote/distributed squads or teams. • Experience in initiatives for modernizing legacy systems. • Applied knowledge of Artificial Intelligence in software engineering contexts.
