📋 Description

• Develop and maintain WhatsApp flows using Typebot • Create technical conversational journeys integrated with internal and external systems • Implement integrations via REST APIs (consumption and exposure) • Develop backend services in Node.js + TypeScript • Integrate flows with AI/LLMs for automation, context understanding, and dynamic responses • Ensure technical quality, versioning, and maintainability of flows • Work closely with Omnichannel and AI teams for end-to-end integration • Troubleshoot flows, webhooks, APIs, and integrations • Evolve the technical architecture of journeys (coupling, reuse, scalability)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Developer • Hands-on experience with Typebot or similar conversational flow platforms • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript • Strong experience in API integration • Experience with AI/LLMs applied to conversational flows • Experience with Webhooks • Flow orchestration • State and context persistence • Ability to work autonomously in complex environments
