📋 Description

• Develop and maintain WhatsApp flows using Typebot • Design technical conversational journeys integrated with internal and external systems • Implement integrations via REST APIs (both consumption and exposure) • Build backend services in Node.js + TypeScript • Integrate flows with AI/LLMs for automation, contextual understanding, and dynamic responses • Work with state, context, and data persistence in conversational flows • Ensure technical quality, version control, and maintainability of flows • Collaborate closely with Omnichannel and AI teams for end-to-end integration • Troubleshoot flows, webhooks, APIs, and integrations • Evolve the technical architecture of the journeys (coupling, reuse, scalability)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Developer • Practical experience with Typebot or similar conversational flow platforms • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript • Strong experience in API integration • Experience applying AI / LLMs to conversational flows • Experience with webhooks • Flow orchestration • State and context persistence • Ability to work autonomously in complex environments
