📋 Description

• Lead the technical build of a B2B digital platform from scratch; • Define architecture aligned with the CNA One ecosystem; • Develop and review code using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and React; • Establish development, architecture, and technical documentation standards; • Create and maintain ADRs (Architecture Decision Records); • Structure CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies; • Ensure a spec-first approach before large-scale implementation; • Use AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development with rigorous human validation; • Perform code reviews and ensure technical quality of deliveries; • Mentor squad developers; • Work closely with the Product Owner to define solutions; • Support future integrations with corporate systems and internal platforms; • Actively participate in technical decisions and product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; • Experience in Full Stack development; • Experience with monorepo setups; • Experience with Node.js; • Experience with TypeScript; • Experience with React; • Experience with GraphQL; • Experience with PostgreSQL; • Experience leading teams or projects technically; • Experience in greenfield projects (0→1); • Experience with code review and code quality assurance; • Experience with automated testing; • Experience with CI/CD; • Proficient use of AI tools, specifically Cloud Code via terminal; • Availability to work on-site in São Paulo/SP.
