📋 Description
• Levantar necessidades junto às áreas de negócio e POs; • Definir e acompanhar soluções técnicas; • Liderar tecnicamente equipes de desenvolvimento; • Revisar código e aplicar boas práticas; • Atuar em sustentação, troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes; • Participar de projetos de melhorias, inovação e evolução de sistemas; • Garantir qualidade, estabilidade e performance das aplicações.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência mínima de 8 anos com desenvolvimento e manutenção de sistemas; • Vivência em metodologias ágeis; • Experiência em liderança técnica e desenvolvimento de APIs; • Facilidade de adaptação em ambientes dinâmicos; • Experiência em Operadora de Saúde ou experiência em fábrica de software que atenda Operadoras de Saúde; • Vivência com plataformas/ecossistemas como TopDown, TopHub, Benner ou soluções relacionadas à saúde suplementar.
