📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java • Build and enhance modern user interfaces using React • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and financial systems • Participate in systems analysis, technical design, and architecture discussions • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliability • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and quality assurance • Support continuous improvement and contribute proactive ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java for backend development • Solid experience with React for frontend development • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations • Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL • Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD, and version control tools • Experience working in or with the financial industry • Good understanding of systems analysis and problem-solving • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Analytical profile, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude • Experience with Spring Boot is desirable • Knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese • Experience with financial products, banking services, or capital markets • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
