📋 Description
• Support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design • Conduct regular check-ins with clients • Assist clients in creating and validating engineering libraries • Provide one-on-one support on using libraries effectively • Maintain consistent communication with clients • Identify and resolve challenges related to library setup • Share client feedback to improve library management
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a similar role • Familiarity with Microvellum Toolbox • Strong understanding of engineering libraries • Excellent communication skills • Experience providing client training • Strong organizational and time-management skills
