📋 Description

‱ Own enterprise contact center performance across all markets ‱ Convene and chair weekly cross-market operations reviews ‱ Build and maintain the contact center's operating calendar ‱ Sponsor the enterprise QA program across all contact channels ‱ Approve the weekly staffing plan and review forecast accuracy

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ‱ 5+ years of experience in operations management ‱ Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics ‱ Experience with KPI monitoring and governance frameworks
