📋 Description

• Create purchase requisitions and submit purchase orders to suppliers. Monitor and follow up on orders. • Receive and forward invoices (NFs) and payment slips (boletos) for purchase orders and contracts to the Finance department for payment (FLUIG system). • Receive, classify, and record service procurement invoices in the ERP (TOTVS). Complete and maintain control spreadsheets. • Monitor activities of the Environmental Education Program (PEA Campo Limpo): registrations, reports, and program management tasks. • Monitor activities of the Sistema Campo Limpo program at the university. • Provide support and management for the Sistema Campo Limpo EAD (distance learning) platform. • Organize activities related to the operation of and visits to the Sistema Campo Limpo Museum located in Guariba, SP. • Support partnership activities of inpEV's Education area with organizations and universities.

🎯 Requirements

• Required education: Currently enrolled in a university degree program. • Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite and administrative routines. • Requirements: Experience working on projects; advanced Excel; Power BI. • Skills: Interest in topics related to primary and higher education.
