📋 Description

• Execute and review monthly accounting closing routines. • Perform high-complexity account reconciliations, ensuring balance integrity. • Conduct analyses of income statement and balance sheet variances. • Monitor accounting processes for revenues, costs, expenses, provisions, and assets. • Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs) and, preferably, international standards (IFRS). • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Participate in process improvement, automation, and internal control implementation projects. • Provide technical support to the tax, finance, controllership, procurement, and other company areas. • Prepare and review accounting procedures and internal policies. • Monitor regulatory changes and their accounting impacts on the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Solid experience in corporate accounting and period-end closing. • Advanced knowledge of CPC and IFRS standards. • Experience with account reconciliations, provisions, fixed assets, and revenue recognition. • Experience supporting external audits. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA).
