• Ensure the excellence, integrity, and reliability of corporate data by leading end-to-end automation of quality monitoring from source to consumption. • Define standards, metrics, and policies for Data Quality and Data Governance to mitigate operational risks and ensure strategic decisions are based on accurate, consistent, and auditable data. • Lead Data Quality initiatives based on the DMBOK, driving the advancement of organizational maturity. • Define, monitor, and report quality SLAs and KPIs, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, validity, integrity, and timeliness. • Develop and maintain frameworks, business rules, and automated data validation routines within large-scale pipelines. • Perform data profiling and root-cause analysis, acting to correct issues at the source and prevent recurrence. • Implement data observability monitoring and alerts for proactive detection of failures, anomalies, and data drift. • Partner with Data Governance to build and maintain the catalog, data dictionary, metadata, and data lineage. • Ensure data standardization in the Data Warehouse and Lakehouse, including naming conventions, data types, and metadata. • Participate in onboarding and validation of new sources and in code reviews of ETL and ELT pipelines, ensuring quality criteria before production. • Promote a Data Quality culture by mentoring technical teams and training business stakeholders. • Support compliance with LGPD, internal policies, and audits, ensuring traceability and governance of critical data.
• Bachelor's degree. • Solid experience in Data Quality and Data Governance, with strong knowledge of the DAMA DMBOK. • Advanced SQL skills for complex analyses, validations, and query optimization. • Knowledge of relational and analytical data modeling, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Star Schema, and Snowflake. • Proficiency in Python applied to data quality, using Pandas, Great Expectations, and PySpark. • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including PySpark, SparkSQL, Delta Lake, and automation of quality routines. • Experience in data lineage mapping, cataloging, metadata management, and automated monitoring of quality rules. • Proficiency with Erwin Data Intelligence Suite to support Data Governance and Data Quality. • Advantage: Intermediate English. • Courses in Data Quality Management, Data Profiling, SQL, and Python. • DAMA CDMP certification. • Databricks Engineer or Databricks Analyst certifications.
