📋 Description

• Perform account analysis and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation for accurate results. • Lead balance conversions and eliminations of intercompany transactions. • Identify and resolve accounting inconsistencies in coordination with the team. • Actively participate in accounting close processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring the accuracy of reported information. • Support the development of mid-level and junior analysts. • Collaborate with partner areas (FP&A, Controllership, and Operations) to align and consolidate financial information. • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and explanatory notes. • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses. • Propose continuous improvements focused on shortening close timelines and automating processes. • Support internal and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Experience with accounting close routines in integrated systems (ERP/SAP). • Solid knowledge of accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS). • Broad/generalist experience in accounting. • Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements. • Strong critical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support solution implementation. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Advanced English proficiency.
