The platform supports businesses by connecting them with suitable creators and managing content campaigns efficiently.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test new platform features, including a custom UI kit, Facebook bot, Instagram and TikTok integrations, and analytics service integrations • Refactor code and reduce technical debt to improve flexibility and scalability • Write technical specifications and documentation • Participate in platform development and support • Contribute hypotheses and ideas that influence product and company/business development • Participate in Agile team activities, including stand-ups, demos, and technical retrospectives • Collaborate with the development and QA team, product managers, UX/UI designer, Product Lead, and stakeholders • Develop and maintain the Insense creator-marketing platform

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level • At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer • At least 3 years of JavaScript development experience with SPA or SSG • Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with React, Relay/Apollo, TypeScript, and Webpack • Experience with React Native for mobile applications • Excellent layout skills across browsers and mobile devices • Experience with CSS preprocessors • Code debugging skills, including debugging personal and others’ code • Experience with unit and integration testing • Experience making architectural decisions • Disciplined code writing according to team standards • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude while maintaining strong engineering judgment • Teamwork, conflict-free collaboration, and desire for continuous self-development • Availability every working day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST to connect with the Americas team • Must be based within the EMEA time zone / CET +/- 2 hours
